Job Description
North 40 Outfitters Home Office is looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative who can maintain a strong level of communication and care with customers and assist them in both finding the right products and resolving any product issues.
As our Customer Service Representative, you will be working as part of the Marketing team and will be responsible for answering customer calls and emails as well as social media inquiries. You will also assist with online order discrepancies by responding directly to the customers and working with the store teams to correct future order issues. In order to thrive in this position, you should have strong computer skills and a background in Customer Service and/or retail sales. If you are a problem-solving, detail-oriented person who can assist our guests in an optimistic and enthusiastic manner, we want to talk to you!

Qualifications

• Willingness to share credit, work with others in a team environment, and define success collectively rather than individually
• Ability to take initiative, embrace change, and learn new things
• Drive to be dependable, and to perform well against the expectations of the role
• Looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent Customer Service
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Must have proper phone etiquette
• Ability to problem solve and have organizational skills
• Proficient in typing and computer skills across a variety of platforms
• Retail experience preferred
• Physical ability to lift 25 to 35 lbs. frequently and, over that, up to 55 lbs. rarely; occasionally carries up to 35 lbs. for distances up to 30 feet; spending up to 100% of work time, other than breaks, standing and moving as required on carpeted and concrete surfaces; handle and lifting merchandise at approximately elbow level, bend, stoop, lift, carry and walk (including stairs)

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE
This full-time position requires the ability to work all scheduled shifts between the business hours of Mon-Fri 8 am to 6 pm, and rotating weekends 8 am to 5 pm. This shift can include working holidays and will require flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.
