We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service and ensuring customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate possesses great communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and has a strong desire to help others.
What The Job Entails:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including telephone calls, emails, and live chat
- Effectively resolve customer complaints, concerns, and questions to the customers' satisfaction
- Manage and update customer accounts, including processing orders, cancellations, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to the appropriate team members.
- Continuously stay up-to-date with company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution.
- Learn Service Titan (CRM) and follow processes and procedures
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in Customer Service or a related field is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Empathetic and patient with a genuine desire to assist customers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including typing and navigating through various software applications.
- Knowledge of Service Titan a plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Customer Service principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
