Job Description
• First Point of Contact: As a CSR, you are the welcoming face of Our Company.. You'll greet walk-ins, answer phones, and direct inquiries to the right departments. While walk-ins are relatively small, every interaction matters.
• Order Processing: You'll play a pivotal role in processing orders received via email. Your attention to detail ensures orders are accurately entered into our system, setting the stage for seamless production.
• Freight Quotes: Processing freight quotes is another key responsibility. You'll assist our customers in determining shipping costs.
• Follow-Up: Proactive follow-up on quotes is essential. Your dedication to keeping customers informed demonstrates our commitment to excellent service.
• Data Management: You'll handle data entry using Google Sheets and Docs. Precise record-keeping is crucial for efficient operations.
• Collaboration: Working closely with our coordination team, you'll ensure orders are processed accurately and move swiftly into the production pipeline.
