Our Customer Service team is expanding! Looking for a friendly, energetic, detail-oriented team member to add to our growing healthy dog food business. This person must have great commutation and computer skills along with basic knowledge of social media. Must be able to process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Must be a Dog Lover!
- Candidates should be comfortable moving quickly between computer applications and be able to input & copy-paste data in an efficient and careful manner.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure

Responsibilities and Duties
- Talking to customers on the phone and advising them on our products
- Answer email inquiries
- Ability to run social media accounts
