Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Provide stellar service to customers and business partners via phone and email.
Issue Resolution: Tackle complaints with professionalism, swiftly diagnosing and resolving problems.
Route Monitoring: Ensure on-time and efficient deliveries by overseeing delivery routes.
Order Processing: Handle scanning of haul-away pods, verify stamps, and manage changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
Working hours: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Skills:
1 year of related experience, preferably in warehouse or logistics
Strong
customer service skills with a knack for issue resolution
Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities
Ability to thrive under pressure, surpassing customer expectations
