Environmental Chimney Service is currently hiring for a full-time Customer Service Rep - CSR to answer the phone, schedule appointments, and coordinate repair work in the Arden, NC area. This position earns a competitive salary.

DAY-TO-DAY
As a Customer Service Rep - CSR, you are the essential team member who interacts with our clients and ensures they have the best experience with us. You answer the phone, warmly greet customers, and find out what their needs are. Based on what you've learned, you schedule appointments for clients and make sure that repair work is properly coordinated. Your patience and professionalism keep our customers happy. You help around the office wherever else you can and keep your workspace clean. You feel good using your office and Customer Service skills to help keep our services running smoothly!
