What will I do?
- Greet Passengers in a friendly, approachable manner
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and a caring attitude.
- Assist guests with travel needs (e.g., answering inquiries, ticketing, checking-ins, and luggage tagging) as per airline procedures
- Able to effectively complete ticketing process, makes and/or changes reservations, make cabin accommodations as per airline procedures.
- Able to answers inquiries about flight schedules and fares, verifies reservations.
- Able to provides directions and guidance on processing through this terminal.
- Be responsive and effective when communicating with management and coworkers.
- Multitask several priorities such as perform computer and paperwork tasks.
- Understand and Implement all processes and procedures
- At the direction of management, may be assigned to perform duties of varying capacities to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not required.
Experience:
- Bilingual with English and Spanish is required.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Sales tracking and balancing experience is preferred but not required..
- Intermediate computer literacy is preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from job site is required.
Skills:
- Willingness to be flexible, work multiple facility locations.
- Ability to handle challenging and at times, emotionally charged situations.
- Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language.
- Must be able to make decisions independently and exercise sound judgment.
- Willing to work 9am-6pm (40 hours per week)
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, up to 8 hours a day.
- Ability bend, stoop and squat frequently throughout a shift.
- Ability to apply pressure to an object with the fingers and palm.
- Ability to perform functions that require repetitive motions using hands, wrists, arms, legs, ankles, knees and hips.
- Ability to express or exchange information, instructions, ideas, etc. by means of the spoken word.
- Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication and to make discriminations in sound.
