Passive Plus is a manufacturer of high-performance RF/Microwave passive components specializing in High-Q, Low ESR/ESL Capacitors, Broadband Capacitors, Single Layer Capacitors, Non-Magnetic Resistors (High Power and Thin Film) and Trimmer Capacitors for the Medical, Semiconductor, Military, Broadcast, and Telecommunications Industries.

About the Position
In this position, the successful candidate will work to support our Customers and East Coast Regional Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM systems and be experienced with inventory planning and purchasing processes relating to electronics distribution. The schedule will be standard Monday through Friday work schedule, full time working hours of 9am to 5:30pm.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains and updates CRM Opportunities for TOP priority accounts.
- Inside Sales support for East Coast Regional RSM
- Handles Samples and Kit Requests for Customers
- Handles electronic distributors monthly sales input.
- Cross References and attaches BOMs to daily Sage Quotes, SO, & Invoices
- Handling replenishment of distributors stock
- Maintain Inventory Program (NETStock)
Experience: 3-5 years of prior Customer Service experience in a corporate office setting.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Excel – pivot table and vlookup knowledge
- Familiar with CRM systems
- Strong computer knowledge
