Job Description
- Determine client requirements and expectations in order to help the client identify specific products and solutions
- Cross-sell/up-sell products to existing clients
- Keep records of client interactions and transactions
- Assist in annual review process by contacting clients and preparing
personalized customer coverage recommendations based on clients' needs - General Customer Service duties
Qualifications
- Become licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance
- Confirmed High School Diploma or GED Certificate
- Attention to Detail/Organization
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Basic PC skills
- Strong analytical capability
- Conflict resolution skills
