A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

REQUIREMENTS
- MUST have a Valid Driver's license and a clean driving record
- MUST be willing to work after hours and occasional weekends
- MUST be able to engage in telephone conversations 8-10 hours a day
- MUST have great telephone etiquette and working knowledge of email systems
- MUST have strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- MUST have excellent Customer Service skills
- MUST have excellent typing skills
Experience using ServiceTitan CRM software would be a plus! Our ideal Customer Service Rep will have the ability to learn through observation and hands-on experience, as well as the capacity to follow routine verbal and written instructions. Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with coworkers, management, and customers. Being open to learning new concepts and swiftly applying them is crucial. Our candidate will also demonstrate self-motivation, reliability, and strong interpersonal communication skills, both professionally and technically. The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team is important. Critical thinking skills are highly valued, as well as proficiency in written English. Additionally, our candidate will possess the aptitude to develop tools that enhance departmental efficiency.
