We have been in business since 1998, and have grown every year, including during the pandemic, since the start of the business. While we are profitable, our values as a company are bigger than just making money. A large portion of our profits go to support orphanages, teachers and other people in need in different parts of Africa. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and patience
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide updates
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience
-Ability to learn a variety of software applications quickly
Experience:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Multilingual abilities, particularly Spanish, is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to assist customers with their inquiries and provide exceptional service. You will be responsible for handling customer concerns, performing data entry tasks accurately, communicating effectively with customers and all tasks related to providing the best Customer Service. Fluency in English is required, while multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable.
