```Job Summary```
A North Bergen, NJ company is seeking a full-time Customer Service professional to join the team. Duties for this position include communicating with residents of various properties, coordinating apartment showings with marketing team and realtor, responding to maintenance requests and leasing inquiries, assigning work orders to the maintenance team, and coordinating work with vendors among other Property Management and reporting duties. The candidate will be responsible for the upkeep of property and tenant records in AppFolio and physical filing system.
The ideal candidate must have experience out of the real estate sector and proficiency with AppFolio or other Property Management systems. - High school diploma or similar certification with a college degree in Management or Business recommended.
- Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
- Experience with online resident portals or Property Management software.
- Deep understanding of filing and document management and control
- Excellent communication skills.
- Expertise in accounts receivable and collections.
- Aptitude for analyzing rental data and lease renewals, and generating accurate reports in a timely manner,
- Experience with MS Excel, Word and other Microsoft software tools and Property Management systems.
- Bilingual a plus (English/ Spanish)
The company is willing to train candidate on the use of AppFolio, Latch and other Property Management systems.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong data entry skills to accurately record customer information.
- Some sales experience to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services.
- Ability to make outbound calls and emails to follow up with customers or provide information.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Excellent phone and email etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional Customer Service.
