- Provide excellent Customer Service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and strive to find satisfactory solutions
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Perform data entry tasks to input customer information into our system
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
```Skills```
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, is highly desirable
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience in outbound calling or sales is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
