Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service and support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
Follow up phone calls with recent customers
Facebook, Instagram and X weekly postings
Follow up phone calls to past customers
In person visits to local businesses to promote our services
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction
Skills:
- Disciplined, organized and proffesional
- Friendly and outgoing
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Computer skills
- Experience in outbound calling is preferred
