Customer Service Order Entry Administrator

Job Description

· To perform Order Entry of Daily Product Orders.

Responsibilities

· Process incoming orders for Centeron, Dataloggers, Core and RTT80 Product Lines.

· Make changes to existing orders when needed.

· Enter RMA’s into WebView as requested.

· Process Credit Memorandums.

· Add sales tax to Call Block orders.

· Expedite orders when requested.

· Maintain open and closed order files.

· Respond to Sales, Reps and Customer email inquiries.

Requirements

· Data Entry Skills.

· Customer service Skills.

· A high degree to accuracy and detail.

· Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge.

· Knowledge of AS400

· Knowledge of SAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
