Customer Service Representative

The J. Nissi Corporation is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join its PraiseBanners division. We have designed and manufactured banners and signs for the church market for over 30 years! As a part of our sales team, you will receive incoming phone calls to make sure customers get what they need. You will also monitor live chat and addresses Customer Service issues.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Your primary responsibilities will involve fielding customer phone calls and entering orders into our system. You will help customers find what they need on our website and sometimes in person, helping enter details to ensure the timely and accurate production of customer orders both stock and custom. You will monitor live chat software and help with Customer Service needs as they arise. You will also do various tasks to streamline and improve customer experience, including proofreading catalogs and website, relaying patterns from Customer Service issues, and communicating trends from customer interactions.

SALES RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer incoming phone calls quickly
• Make outbound phone calls as needed
• Process orders from the website
• Maintain working knowledge of product lines and solutions so you can inform customers of available options for stock and custom products
• Enter orders with high level of accuracy, communicating details effectively
• Field and resolve Customer Service issues and returns.
• Assist walk in customers as needed
• Take payment information professionally and securely so products are paid for appropriately.
• Write various sales summaries as needed.
• Communicate with art department about customer art files and expectations.
• Help with some outbound sales efforts over email and phone

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Good with people over the phone

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge retention and recall

Ability to handle pressure and enter data with speed and efficiency

Good organizational skills

Team player with empathy

Good with software, data entry, word processing

Willingness to grow and learn in the field of wide format printing

Possession of valid driver’s license
