Signcraft is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service representative. Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic learner, self-starter, and problem solver who is able to maintain a high level of professionalism and develop a positive rapport with our client base.
Job Description: The Customer Service Representative position performs the following duties:
- Processes incoming customer orders via communication with clients, entering orders into Intuit Quickbooks software and providing all necessary documentation to the production team for manufacturing
- Responsible for scheduling of production orders and coordinating local installation with production manager
- Facilitates the order process working directly with the graphics department to provide accurate and timely layouts for client approvals
- Answer incoming company phone calls
- This position is 100% “In Office” work, Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm at our company headquarters: 624 Grassmere Park, Suite 10, Nashville. A flexible work schedule or remote hours are not an option for this position.
The ideal candidate should have the following skill set or background experience:
· Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented and efficient
· Ability to maintain patience, poise and tact with internal and external parties
· Proven ability to quickly grasp knowledge of multiple product lines and relay product information in a concise manner
· Well versed in adapting different strategies under pressure in order to meet deadlines
· Analytical thinking aimed at resolving customer issues in a proactive manner
· Clear communication skills aimed at understanding customer’s needs and providing corresponding services
· Savvy with modern technologies
· Ability to work independently, and assume responsibility and leadership for work
Requirements:
Previous and proven Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment is required.
Candidates must have a valid, current driver’s license, a clean driving record and reliable means of transportation.
Excellent computer skills with working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, (Word and Excel). Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Reader and Intuit Quickbooks is a plus.
Candidates must be able to pass a drug test and alcohol screen.
