EECO is actively seeking a Customer Service Manager in South Carolina to spearhead the training and development of our Customer Service staff. The role entails overseeing business and vendor systems, conducting product training, and fostering soft skills such as effective communication, conflict resolution, time management, and professional phone/email etiquette. The primary focus of the Customer Service Manager (CSM) is to ensure the team aligns with regional and corporate objectives. This pivotal role contributes to the creation of a culture centered around our core beliefs, emphasizing self-improvement in knowledge, skills, and abilities, while driving sales growth and enhancing profitability.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Robust understanding of Business/Industrial sales, particularly in wholesale distribution.
- Proficient computer skills, especially with ERP systems and Excel.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
- Capacity to multitask and make sound operational decisions on a daily basis.
- Proven experience in inside sales.
Position Responsibilities:
- Training and development of the South Carolina Customer Service staff to include business and vendor systems, product training, and soft customers services skills which include communication, conflict resolution, time management, and phone/email etiquette.
- Develop and document standards for all inside sales and administrative processes and procedures.
- Define measurable goals and build analytics that validate and communicate our ability to meet and exceed Customer Service expectations.
- Consistent review of processes and bench mark analytics. Responsible for leading the team to continual growth in our overall ability to exceed customer expectations as measured by analytics.
