Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage scheduling and dispatching, collaborating with project coordinators.
Ensure permits and inspections are up-to-date, communicating proactively.
Lead and support new construction employees through hiring and performance management.
Monitor team performance, communicating effectively with leadership.
Manage new construction VPOs and on-call schedules.
Review and approve subcontractor bills, collaborating with various departments.
Represent the company in meetings and perform other managerial duties as assigned.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Proactively communicate updates to customers, staff, and installers.
Efficiently manage scheduling, dispatching, and project progress.
Collaborate with purchasing to ensure materials are ready for new starts and punch work.
Maintain awareness of departmental progress and documentation for warranty calls.
Effectively communicate with builders/customers, especially during escalations.
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
5 years' relevant experience.
Strong PC skills and proficiency in MS Office suite.
Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail, organizational prowess, and the ability to work independently.
Proven ability to coach and lead others professionally
