Job Description
The primary job responsibilities include in-store and phone Customer Service, processing internet orders and answering email. You may also be asked to assist with other clerical duties and product assembly as needed.
You must be detail oriented, have a pleasant phone voice, professional patient caring manner, and strong work ethic.
Experience with Customer Service, Order Processing, Retail Sales, Word, or Excel is a plus.
We are willing to train, but you must be a quick learner and comfortable with computers.
20 - 30 hours/week. The hours for this position are a little flexible, but would start at 10:00 am Monday - Friday.
Most of our customers are very pleasant people trying to do something nice for others. So they are usually wonderful to work with.
The environment is small and friendly. We do have a relaxed atmosphere where everyone is cross trained and expected to work together.
