The Customer Service Leader will play a vital role in spare parts and aftermarket services. Providing support to customers, team members and shareholders.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to facilitate customer parts orders.
- Engage directly with customers to comprehend challenges and guide them to the appropriate solution providers.
- Manage sales of spare parts, including quoting and processing incoming purchase orders from customers.
- Address and resolve customer concerns and needs in direct association with spare parts.
- Collaborate with After Sales & Service Engineer on new machine orders, change orders, and additional offers.
- Cultivate positive customer relationships through technical support efforts and prompt response to their needs.
- Assist in identifying spare parts needed for new machines.
- Maintain files, records, and logs relevant to the function.
Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of outstanding customer experience, preferably in a purchasing environment.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and exceptional organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in using Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Word.
- Familiarity with domestic and international shipping processes.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to work overtime as workload demands.
