Provide excellent service to all Integra LifeSciences customers while being specifically responsible for the
International market. Ensure orders are entered promptly and accurately, communications are handled
professionally and timely, and interface with the distribution group to ensure timely product distribution.
Work with the sales and marketing teams to reach yearly corporate goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Provide courteous, responsive, timely, helpful service to all customers, throughout all
- Process customer and sales manager requests for pricing, catalogs, and samples
- Interface with international sales management group to provide updates on orders and resolve issues
- Follow all credit and compliance procedures
- Enter and confirm all orders received via fax, phone or mail into the system clearly, correctly, and
- Look up lot numbers and expiration dates to reserve against the customers order.
- Prepare a Preliminary Invoice with lot, expiration dates and pricing.
- Monitor tenders and special programs.
- Confirm shipping of an order and provide all related documents.
- Understand and process required documentation, including letters of credit, pro forma invoices,
- Provide pricing information from the system for tenders and customer inquiries
- Check available inventory, provide price quotations and delivery information on open orders and
- Coordinate shipment of material from the distribution facilities, including certificates, labeling and
- Work with the appropriate departments to properly document and process complaints and returned
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this
position.
- High School Diploma required
- Preferred Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years experience in Customer Service with a medical device company, dealing preferably with
- Excellent PC abilities, experience in Word and Excel
- Spanish or Asian language skills preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks.
