  4. Sales and Commission: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or packages to enhance the customer's travel experience, maximizing sales revenue and earning competitive commissions.

  5. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest travel products, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.

  6. Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative duties such as maintaining customer records, processing payments, and managing bookings through our systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on professionalism and empathy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous experience in Customer Service or travel industry is beneficial but not required.
