Customer Service Digital Print Production

Aiea Copy Center is looking for a full-time employee to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and efficiently. This position is responsible for taking and producing orders including operating a wide variety of equipment, such as Digital Printers and bindery equipment.

$22 per hour starting pay (depending on your availability).
Potential for advancement to $30+ per hour.
No printing experience necessary (training provided).
Customer service experience preferred.

Requirements:

High school graduate (or GED)

• 18 years or older
• Adequate math and mechanical reasoning skills.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted.
• Must be able to read and interpret documents that require precision and accuracy.
• Must have good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have the ability to work overtime as needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate Digital Printers and bindery equipment
• Read and interpret documents with an attention to detail
• Maintain equipment as needed
• Contact customers for completed orders
• Take, produce, and print orders
