Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls to assist customers with their purchases
- Key in customers orders in Quick Books.
- Data Entry in CRM system for new customers
- Monitoring daily for any orders from our websites
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer accounts based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Assist with any update and/or changes to be made to inventory description, inventory pricing or customer status.
- Assist with the picking, packing and shipping of customers orders through UPS
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, sales, or other related fields
- Cosmetology License or Barber License would be a plus
- Ability to build relationship with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
