Description
J O B D E S C R I P T I O N- Customer Service Representative
The primary function of this position includes but is not limited to assist customers via phone, fax or email as well as in person. Maintain a professional workplace environment. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to helping customers resolve issues and cultivating a positive image of the company.
Essential Duties Include:

• Answer phones and monitor emails, handling all inquiries/orders/complaints in a friendly demeanor.
• Provide information about Ace Endico's products and services.
• Document and update customer records using our in-house software.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
• Other responsibilities, as needed.

Job Knowledge and Skills:

• Previous experience in Customer Service, sales, or other related fields.
• Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software.
• Ability to build rapport with client.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a highly organized fashion.
• Positive and professional demeanorcan-do attitude!
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)

Qualifications:
Education: High School/GED
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00 PM and Sunday: 12:00 AM - 5:00 PM
(new hires are expected to work Fridays until fully trained for the Sunday shift)
