Our company is looking for a responsible professional with strong customer service skills to efficiently follow-up with no fault and workers' compensation insurance companies , assist our technicians with successful delivery of our products to the patients, process business's payments and invoices. A successful candidate for this position needs to be a team-player, possess strong analytical and decision-making skills, commitment to customer service, positive attitude and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls about invoice and bills.
- Work with insurance companies and make the necessary verifications
- Enter customer's billing information in the computer system.
- Know how to complete daily tasks.
- Work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.62 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
