Customer Service/Accounting Clerk

A Janitorial Supply Company located in Woodside, Queens is looking for a Customer Service /Accounting clerk. All duties are to be performed in the local office during business hours.

• Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
• Prepare and track purchases -
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
• Scheduling and organizing billing
• Maintain filing system
• Collections

Requirements:
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to multitask
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
