Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and complaints.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide additional information.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue.
Skills:
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual/multilingual).
- Proficient in outbound calling techniques.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell products or services.
