As a remote Customer Service Case Analyst in Morley's reacquired vehicle management (RVM) group, you'll review cases to develop a timeline and full summary of the concerns and complaints regarding the vehicle. You'll use the information to come up with a recommendation on whether the vehicle should be bought back or if other options would be more appropriate.
What You'll Do
- Reach out to auto dealerships
- Use the auto manufacturer's systems to develop a timeline and full synopsis of vehicle concerns and complaints
- Create a case assessment
- Provide a recommendation to the Case Analyst team on whether a vehicle should be bought back or if other options are more appropriate to address the customer's complaint
- Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude
Questions Before You Apply?

- A positive, self-starter attitude with a solid work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
- Computer navigation skills including typing and Microsoft Office programs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three or more years of Customer Service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
- Able to work shifts within the center's hours of operation:
- Monday to Friday (no weekends!)
- Primary shift: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern time
- Rotational shift 2-4 times per month: 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. Eastern time
- College degree in a relevant field
- Prior experience working in banking, accounting or an automotive dealership
- Michigan resident
- High-speed internet access at home that you are able to connect to via Ethernet or landline
- Cellular phone
