- Excellent verbal and communication skills are a must.
- Familiarity with computers.
- Ability to type 35wpm required.
Medical terminology is helpful but not required.
Description:
As an operator your duties will include Courteously greeting callers, determining the reason for the call, answering questions, or directing their request to the appropriate department and or individual. Empathy, kindness and Professionalism is a must.
