-Bilingual a must (fluent Spanish)
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons
- Barista experience a must
-Able to use computer (MS Word, Excel & Data Base) and POS System.
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently by phone and in cafe'
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions with accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Upsell and promote menu items to increase sales
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Previous experience in a customer service role in office and cafe' a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
