Customer Service Attendant

Love to help others? Enjoy interacting with people? We’re hiring part-time Customer Service Attendants at our brand new Laundromat located at 2342 Beatties Ford Rd! We are hoping to open by March 1st.

As a Customer Service Attendant, you must have a passion for Customer Service and love helping people. You will greet customers coming in, answer their questions, and help troubleshoot any problems that may arise with our machines. You will also learn the ins-and-outs of our Wash, Dry, Fold laundry process. Opening shift is from 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM and the closing shift is from 2PM - 10:00 PM.

Customer Service Attendant Responsibilities:

• Greet our customers and guests. Being bilingual is preferred, but not required.
• Become a laundromat expert who is able to troubleshoot any issues with our machines
• Sell laundry supplies and cover the front desk to keep our laundromat clean and welcoming
• Wash, dry, and fold laundry according to our process
• Care for our customer’s items as if they were your own
• Ensure the store is clean and welcoming at all times
• Check in and organize laundry bags.
• Sort and prepare laundry for the wash, dry, fold process.
• Spot treat items that need special attention.
• Transport laundry from washers to dryers.
• Fold, pack, and package orders
• Maintain accurate records of customer specifications & items laundered throughout the cleaning process.
• Other duties as assigned

What you’ll get as a Customer Service Attendant

• This role starts at $13 per hour
• $300 Sign On Bonus after 90 days of employment
• You'll work from the best Laundromat facility in the city. We have a clean, modern laundromat that is temperature controlled.
• Weekly pay every Friday

Job Requirements of a Customer Service Attendant

• Previous customer-facing Customer Service experience required
• Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred, but not required
• Prior experience working in a laundromat is a plus
• Prior experience working in hospitality or a warehouse is a plus
• Positive attitude and ability to problem solve
• Ability to stand for 6 hour shift
