Ruckersville Animal Hospital wants you! We are looking for an enthusiastic and task oriented Customer Service representative to join our nation-wide Pet Vet Care Centers family. CSR's are our client’s primary point of contact.
The duties and responsibilities of a CSR include managing incoming calls, Customer Service inquiries, scheduling appointments, checking patients in, processing payments, communicating in multiple ways with assistants, techs and doctors.
Skills needs for this position will include but are not limited to multitasking, efficient in computers and programs, listening and communication, phone etiquette, maintaining an organized space, and time management.
While we prefer Customer Service experience, it is not a requirement for this position as we are more than happy to train the right candidates!
Full time position is 30-40 hours a week.
