Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to all customers, both in person and over the phone
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or retail sales preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for retail transactions
- Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm
