Position Overview: As a Customer Service Associate in our Pump/Parts Department, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our Customer Service operations. Working closely with our Outside Sales Associates, you will help expand our customer base and ensure the satisfaction and loyalty of existing clients. This position is ideal for quick learners who thrive in collaborative settings and are passionate about delivering unparalleled customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate timely and accurate quotations and process orders with precision.
- Guarantee on-time delivery of products, managing expectations and logistics seamlessly.
- Handle general sales inquiries with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Collaborate with vendors to streamline order fulfillment, pricing, and shipping processes.
- Engage in proactive communication with Outside Sales Associates to discuss account status, identify opportunities, and coordinate follow-up actions.
- Cultivate strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Keep abreast of the latest product offerings and services provided by Central States Group through active participation in training and development programs.
What We’re Looking For:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a similar role is preferred.
- A self-motivated individual with a commendable work ethic, capable of both independent and team-oriented tasks.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
