- Core Hours for work schedule (M-F 7am-7pm CT) ON-SITE will be assigned a schedule but need to be ok with working a variation of 8 hour shift within those hours .
- Saturday Rotation will be required every 4-5 weeks
- Beeline Req will be coming out on April 3rd.
- 5-6 weeks onsite during training on a 8-5 schedule
- After training Hybrid Schedule 1 week WFH 1 week from Site.
Requirements:
- Customer service experience on the phone/Call Center Experience
- Experience or comfortable with using an auto-dialer
- Microsoft Office experience
- High School Diploma
- STRONG WORK TENURE. NEED TO HAVE WORKED POSITIONS LONGER THAN 1 YEAR
- This is an outbound/Inbound call contact center position so candidates need to be very professional and enjoy making 100 calls a day or receiving 100 calls a day
