The Customer Service representative position offers advancement within the company. This is a face to face Customer Service postion. The position is full-time and will be available as soon as possible!
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by responding to their inquires and resolving their service issues.
- Monitor and respond to customer requests.
- Answer questions from customers.
- Resolve any customer issues.
- Inform clients how to use, and answer any general questions.
