Customer Service Associate

POSITION SUMMARY:

Customer Service Associates (CSA) are the primary contact for customers and are responsible for delivering exceptional Customer Service by answering questions, processing orders, and working collaboratively with all Purchase Green employees to successfully meet customer needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide estimates, process invoices and accept payment from customers and contractors.

2. Using HubSpot to ensure leads are followed per protocols.

3. Schedule shipments, obtain quotes, generate Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other documents for UPS or other carriers.

4. Collect proper documentation and obtain approval for resale tax adjustments and/or contractor pricing discounts.

5. Maintain knowledge of pricing, products and recognize customer trends.

6. Calculate amounts such as square footage, linear footage, area, circumference, volume, percentages, discounts and apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

7. Maintain compliance with all legal requirements and ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.

8. Communicate effectively in writing and orally with customers, employees, and vendors.

9. Account for and maintain company property and equipment.

10. Report all warranty claims to the Office Manager and/or Assistant Office Manager.

11. Assist in all aspects of processing orders on an as needed basis.

12. Familiarity with Warehouse procedures and safety

13. Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
