We are seeking a friendly, highly motivated individual who has good social skills and is able to learn and adapt quickly; along with offering exceptional Customer Service and assisting with daily duties around the office and lot.

Position: Customer Service Associate

`Duties`

- Provide exceptional Customer Service to all customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized office/lot area

`Requirements`

- Computer literacy (basic computer knowledge)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Have reliable transportation

This position is Full Time. Starting pay is $12.50/hour with an evaluation after 90 days. This position is considered a 1099 worker.

We are open M-F 9-5 and Saturday 9-2. We are Closed on Sunday's and all major holidays. You will be required to work Saturday's. We are flexible with days off during the week.

Here at Cape Portable Buildings we are a Family Owned small business in Cape Girardeau, MO. Our goal is to provide customers great service with the information on the products they are interested in. We want them to feel at ease when they are talking to us and placing orders.
