We're on the hunt for a Patient Concierge Extraordinaire to join our league of healthcare heroes. Position Overview: As our Patient Concierge Extraordinaire, you'll be the shining star in our healthcare constellation. You'll swoop in, wearing your metaphorical cape, and make sure every client feels like a VIP. Your superpowers include coordinating appointments, answering questions, and being the friendly face patients look forward to seeing.

Responsibilities:

• Give patients the warmest welcome this side of the equator.
• Play matchmaker with appointments, tests, and progress reports to make our clients' lives easier.
• Be the oracle of healthcare knowledge, answering questions and making the complicated seem simple.
• Play nice with doctors and team, making sure everyone's on the same page.
• Use your Jedi-like problem-solving skills to keep our clients smiling.
• Keep top-secret patient records safe and sound.
• Collaborate with the Avengers (a.k.a. the chiro team) to deliver the best care in the galaxy.
• Guard patient privacy like it's the last cookie in the jar.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (Extra points if you have a degree in saving-the-day).
• Experience in food service waitstaff or Customer Service is a bonus, but a passion for helping people is your true superpower.
• Communication skills that could rival a stand-up comedian.
• A heart that's soft and squishy, especially when it comes to the itty bitty kiddos.
• Multitasking abilities that put octopuses to shame.
• Computer skills that would make Tony Stark proud.
• A love for natural living lingo (or at least a willingness to learn).

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
