Position Overview: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about providing 5-star Customer Service. As a vital member of our team, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, offering assistance, guidance, and solutions to ensure their needs are met effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Phone Support: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and order placements.
- Order Processing: Take orders over the phone accurately, ensuring all necessary information is collected and entered into the system efficiently.
- Product Recommendations: Understand customer needs and provide informed recommendations on products that best suit their towing requirements.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve customer concerns, order discrepancies, and product-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, providing updates on orders, shipping, and any relevant information.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure a cohesive customer experience and efficient problem resolution.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in a phone-based role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with towing products or hitches is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
