YOUR ROLE

As a Customer Service Associate at Brown's Automotive, you will be the welcoming face for our esteemed customers, greeting them with warmth and professionalism while delivering exemplary service from initiation to conclusion. Your responsibilities include managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, active participation in social media and marketing initiatives, and maintaining a full-service itinerary. With meticulous attention to detail, you will assist in checking in and documenting vehicles dropped off the previous night, engage with patrons upon their arrival for service, and ensure continuous communication throughout the process. Your exceptional communication skills will shine as you explain invoices, process payments, and provide unparalleled satisfaction. Your genuine enthusiasm for automobiles will be evident as you actively seek referrals, facilitate car care club memberships, and curate testimonials. QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver's license
• Punctuality and reliability
• Ability to work independently and with direction
• Organizational skills and attention to detail

Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required!
