Northern Tool + Equipment is currently hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate!
Pay starting at $12/hour plus commission and other incentives.
Our Customer Service Associates are a critical role in the store. You'll assist all customers in a professional, courteous manner by identifying their needs and providing knowledgeable support to find the solution that is right for them. In addition, you'll ensure the store is neat, organized and help the management team with day-to-day store operations.

Primary Responsibilities
Customer Service: You will be responsible for providing excellent Customer Service to all customers. This may involve answering questions, providing product recommendations, and resolving customer complaints.
Sales: You are the secret weapon for achieving sales goals set by the store management. You'll be knowledgeable on all products with the ability explain or demonstrate key features of each.
Store Environment: You can't sell a product from the back room. Our Sales Associates ensure we always have what our customer needs on the floor and that the store environment is a clean and safe place to shop!

We are looking for...
- Positive attitude with service focused mentality
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and co-workers
- Knowledge of tools and light industrial products, or be willing to learn!
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Bilingual in Spanish helpful
Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
