A key aspect of your role is the meticulous maintenance of customer accounts, where you'll record detailed information about each interaction, whether it be an inquiry, complaint, or comment. Furthermore, you'll be responsible for performing follow-ups on customer requests, ensuring that their needs are met to their satisfaction. In the ever-changing landscape of customer service, you may also be tasked with other related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success and effectiveness of the customer support team.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience required
Excellent communication skills including active listening
Service-oriented with the willingness to resolve customer grievances
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new processes
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. (optional standing desk available)
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
