Key Responsibilities/Requirements for this position:

- Customer Service Oriented

- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and time management skills

- Provide customers with pricing, order updates, shipping, delivery, and product information

- Arrange freight and parcel shipping

- Enter information into our accounting system

- Answering and directing phone calls

- Managing customer expectations

- Experience with all Microsoft software platforms

- Assist with various different office work as needed

- Must be team player
