Customer Service And Order Entry

Fatboy USA, a growing international brand, is seeking an Online and Retail Customer Service and Order Entry Administrator with experience in the consumer product industry. · Manage the end-to-end Customer Service from order processing, including invoicing, posting vendor invoices, initiating partner payments, managing online partner portals, and maintaining a digital filing system.

· Resolve outstanding issues with sales and accounting to expedite cohesive bookings of orders and payments where needed.

· Manage shipping process for orders and provide logistics support to navigate various shipping requirements and expectations.

· Maintain accurate customer billing and ship-to information and contact records in SAP.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with the sales and production team to resolve issues and customer inquiries.

· Assist in preparing supporting reports and audits for month-end closing as needed.

· Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy relative to online and retail operations.

· Assist with other projects and initiatives as needed.

Have you got it?

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

· Proven experience (5+ years) in Customer Service and administration with a strong focus within the online business segment

· Excellent understanding of orders and invoice processing.

· Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with both internal teams and external partners

· Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Experience with Amazon, Wayfair, 2 Modern, and other online retailers is a plus.

· Proficiency in SAP ERP system preferably.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
