Customer Service And Marketing Representative - Entry Level

CloseFast is currently looking for ENTRY LEVEL candidates who want an opportunity to break into the marketing field!

Our company specializes in building comprehensive campaigns from the ground up for our clients. We currently work alongside major 501c3 non-profit organizations looking to increase their brand awareness and acquisitions by bringing their service directly to the consumer through interactive f2f campaigns.

No experience is necessary as we train our team from day one to handle all aspects of the marketing and branding campaigns.

What you will learn:

Phase 1: interactive f2f consumer interactions. In this phase we will provide daily office and on-site training, designed to teach you how to understand the art of communication and the psychology behind consumer behavior. You will be attending daily events with our target demographic to become the literal face of the brand.

Phase 2: leadership development. In phase 2 we are focused on understanding how to work efficiently alongside a team of your peers, to learn to develop leadership and communication skills. We will also focus on public speaking, and qualify for work-based business trips.

Phase 3: branding and finances. The third and final component of training is in the back end of business development. In this phase, we will be focusing on understanding client relationship management, online branding, and basics of social media. We will also learn about budgeting and finances to sustain healthy campaigns.

Upon successful completion of the 3-phased rotation, candidates will be offered opportunities to grow within the company in a merit-based structure.

Our goal as a company is to provide our team with all the skills they will need in order to be able to handle all aspects of customer and client needs.
