M. Coast Enterprise is a developing Sales and Marketing company seeking someone to join the Customer Service team as a Customer Service Ambassador! Currently, we are searching for a candidate to move from an entry-level role in Customer Service to Management by this time next year. Our growth structure is simple: THERE IS NO RANK SYSTEM OR SENIORITY! We take enjoyment in expanding organically and assuring we provide training that matches our employee’s pace and learning style.

What would I be doing?
- Demonstrate high-level Customer Service skills and assist in any troubleshooting with the customer or client
- Support the sales team by providing solutions and ideas
- Update, renew, or create new accounts for potential customers
- Following up on customer inquiries and complaints that have not been resolved
- Additional duties as assigned.
