Customer Service Agent ( Remote )

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. As a Customer Service Agent, you will have the opportunity to interact with customers, answer their inquiries, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product selection, ordering, and tracking shipments.

• Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues.
